  1. Sport Magazine - How To Choose Your Ideal Ones
    By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Tatiya_Tatiyasopon]Tatiya Tatiyasopon

There is a very simple initial question of what you would want to see or to read in our favourite sport magazine. No matter what kind of sport that you love. I believe that most of people have at least one favourite sport magazine, which depends on what type of sport that they love. But wait for a second! Let’s think about the time that you are reading those sport magazine and tell me if you have some kinds of this question:

    1) Do you think that magazine has to much advertisement?

    2) Do you think some section on that magazine is totally a wasted, for example a big poster of famous players, which will be normally taken to posted on the wall?

Or 3) Do you think that the sport magazine that you are reading is too expensive!!

This is a kind of questions that I have when reading or have to buy sport magazines and this is the reason why I write this article as I can see that there might be some other people who has the same problem. So now here are the guidelines on how to choose your sport magazine from my opinion and I hope that they will be useful for some of you who looking for an ideal ones.

    Find your favourite section.

Many time that I bought a whole sport magazine just because of I love to read only one section. It is unnecessary that when you decide to buy a sort magazine and you have to love entire of the magazine. And that’s is enough for them to be your ideal sport magazine. For example I have a football magazine called “Star Soccer” which I love to read only one section in them, which written by my favourite writer and I keep continue to buy it over and over. So let’s find your most favourite in the magazine, which you think that they have some thing that worth your money.

Be on your own, not depends on other.

What I am talking about is do not buy any of sport magazine just be cause your friends bought it. There might be some case that you buy the magazine because of your friend and you do not want to out of trend. This is really a mistake! You have to find your own style and find out what kind of sport that you love to play and a good sport magazine. Buy a magazine, which you really have no idea what they have inside is a big mistake and waste of your time and money

    Affordable price

This is really hard to explain about why you have to choose magazine that has reasonable price. This is because usually one person will have at least two sport magazines of which they will be available on monthly basis. This means you have fix cost for those magazines which you have to buy every month and this cost a lot of money. So ca you imagine about how much you have to spend if you have more than two magazines to buy each month. I am suggest this on behalf of a person who are not rich and just want to buy something that really worth value of money, so please make some calculations before decide to choose your favourite sport magazine

    By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Dev_Sona]Dev Sona

Sport is one of the most important mediums to make your health good and fine. It is also one of the best ways to show your interest in something other than study. Now children are more concentrating on sport than their study, this is one of the major side effects of the sport. Now sport is not only a game it has become a career. It is good to choose sport as a carrier but it doesn't means to make sense to come over with the hard work of study.

Some children injure their self by sports. Sport is now became one of the major reasons of physical hazard. Injuries among children during sporting are becoming common now days. A one survey shows that injures amongst the same age of children 27 percent is covered by sport accident. And the number of the boys is more than the girls. The major part of these injuries is occurred due to horse riding and because of water sports. Most of the children who are injured by sport activities come under 5 to 10 age group.

Sport is now become more important and the necessary need of children. Sport is good for health but when it takes it as exercise. Children can take sport as their career also but only in healthy way not as a mission.

Other than this one more side effects of sports is that it has become very professional. Sports have lost their nature, just because of their professionalism. Infact, it is become a business. All politics and corruption is involved in the sport. Cricket is one of the most effective and popular games in India. So it is overshadowing the other sports. The other part of the sport is that it should be away from the dirty politics which is little bit difficult because it is already involved. Criticism of media is also responsible for the critical situation. Media is not taking sports in a natural way it is working to divert the way to sport. All those things are responsible to convert the effect of the sport in to the side effects.

And the number of the boys is more than the girls. The major part of these injuries is occurred due to horse riding and because of water sports. Most of the children who are injured by sport activities come under 5 to 10 age group.

  3. Sport and Physical Recreation
    By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Gary_Pearson]Gary Pearson

Everyone needs to have an exercise routine. Staying healthy depends largely on staying active. A great way to achieve optimal health is to combine sport and physical recreation. Think outside the box and nontraditional activities can be considered sport. This way you'll have all kinds of options to choose from.

Sports such as soccer, baseball, basketball, football, and volleyball are all great activities to participate in. Not only do you get exercise, but you can also form friendships. Encouraging children to partake in games that involve sport and physical recreation is one way to help them stay active and healthy. Recreational sports also teach team work and sportsmanship to children, both of which are valuable tools they'll need later in life. If your child shows an interest in joining a sport at school encourage them to go for it.

Hunting is an activity that you may not think of in terms of a sport, but ask any hunter how much exercise and exertion is involved in tromping through the woods looking for deer. Not to mention if you actually manage to kill the deer and have to drag it out of the woods. So hunting should be on your list of sport and physical recreation activities if you like that sort of thing.

Practice and enter a 5k run. Jogging has long been a favorite outdoor activity. Races are great recreational activities that let joggers put their best foot forward so to speak. A race can be considered a sport because there is a winner; whoever crosses the finish line first! If you enjoy jogging by all means include it in your sport and physical recreation program.

Join a bowling team. Bowling is a fun activity that people of all ages enjoy. If your employer has a bowling team you can combine physical activity and getting to know your co-workers in one place. Kids like bowling also, so setting a day each month to go bowling as a family is a great idea.

Some other activities you might want to consider are:

    • Biking: Get your biking shorts on, practice for a while, and then join a bike race. This offers great exercise and a way to see the country side.

    • Frisbee: Playing Frisbee with your family, friends, and even your dog is great exercise. They even have Frisbee teams and events now that you might like to get in to.

    • Horseshoes: This is another nontraditional sport you might like to try. You could set some pegs up in your backyard and turn this into a neighborhood activity.

As you can see, there are different ways to combine sport and physical activity that are fun and offer great exercise benefits. Now you just have to pick the one's you like best and get to work!
